  • and Welcome TJ!  Keep us posted on the progress of the bike your lookin for!

A late Thanks T-Flo. It's been a slow starter but here's what I've got so far. The wheels are just for modeling it out for the first time and they're a from some old MTB wrecks from my parent's garage. I got some 80mm rims at a shop being built at the moment and thick bricks for them. Nexus 7 to the back and a disc brake to the front.

  • Hello people.

I've got a garage full of bits and bikes: two road bikes, an MTB, an Electra with a trailer, an XJ900s in a lush D.I.Y. RAF homage to my Grandad, a GSX1400, a '93 Rover Mini Sprite, one Phoenix tattoo, a dog, a rabbit and four chickens. There's a wife and two children somewhere, probably buried under a pile of magazines or the box of engine bits.

I have the shittest internet connection known to mankind - it takes a few weeks to upload a picture to a hosting site. I'll try this link. It'd be nice to know if it works but here's a copy of the picture here too:

Big things in my life are Joe Bar comic strips, the works of Alan Moore, books without lots of pictures in them, music, camping in the rain and beer.

I apologise for the drab nature of this opening post but unfortunately it'll not get any better than this...

  • hello all Chopaderos, I want to introduce myself as a new member, motorcycle mike. I live in the Houston,Texas area. I am a new custom bicycle builder just getting started in business. I have a small crew of young guns as my builders. they are Bobstar, K-Ray, Lil' Man, A.J., and Rattlesnake Jake. getting all our tools together, finally geting our tubing bender. trying to get our website up and running to show all the chopaderos the quality of work we do on the south coast , the dirty, dirty south side. looking for some plans to make a frame jig for welding up frames, maybe some members could help me out. well I better go for now, getting thirsty for a cold beer.
